Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your office furniture for any reason, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns: You may return any unused, unassembled product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and hardware intact. Products that have been assembled, used, damaged, or modified are not eligible for return or exchange. Custom or personalized products are also non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To start a return or exchange, please complete the return request form on our website, providing your order number, product details, and reason for the return or exchange. Once your request is approved, we will send you a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to ship the product back to us. You must include the return authorization number on the outside of the package to ensure your return is processed promptly.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item, or our error. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit. Please retain your shipping tracking number for reference.
Refund and Exchange Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a free return and either issue a full refund or send a replacement product at no additional cost to you. We may require additional information or photos to verify the damage or defect before processing your request.
